‘I Don’t Like You That’s Why I’m Like This’ Syndrome
To-smile-at-the-most-irritating-people is something I need to master from the client-service folks! If a person enters ma book of back-biting-itching-scratching nerds, I find it hard to quit the straight face when talking to him/her. Just 2 words and I can see the eyebrows of the person going up, giving me a quizzy, anatomizing kinda look tainted with the confusion “Is She talking to me??!?!”. This syndrome of mine has fetched me many brooding faces, yet I find it hard to correct. Why smile at one, who has no intention other than to irritate and spread rumors (highly-tainted-ones, ofcourse) by the way?!
‘Where Am I Now?’ Syndrome
This is a funny syndrome of mine which has made me laugh at myself many a times. No matter whether I am at an official discussion or a foodie-outing with friends, this question suddenly pops up in my mind and makes me go on a frantic search for the answer! Guess too-much-of-work-load is a reason ;-)!
‘Depressed-For-Nothing’ Syndrome
This is the weirdest of moi syndromes and is the one I dread! Being attacked by this is no good. A typical DFN day of mine starts with me frowning at the alarm for going off, the frown turns road-rage (the low-concentrated one) making me sulk at every other bus driver, while giving no attention to my speedometer which actually crosses 50 :-(. Dealing with office work on a DFN day is a nightmare. Words get stuck somewhere, corporate world suddenly turns hell where everyone has no work, but to put a finger on my mistakes. Journey back home is another upshot, bottlenecks, honkings and getting trapped behind a trailer van!!! And the day ends with a nasty headache!
